Provide excellent customer service and technical troubleshooting over phone and other channels.
Manage tickets effectively, prioritizing, categorizing, and tracking status.
Utilize data analysis to support customers and improve processes.
Deliver exceptional customer service through effective communication and problem-solving.
Utilize CHIP (AI bot) to enhance customer support and efficiency.
Handle service emails effectively to minimize communication gaps.
Manage knowledge base to resolve customer issues efficiently.
Promote Capgemini’s brand through effective customer support.
Support customers in various industries (telecommunication, financial services, healthcare, technology).
Troubleshoot internet-related issues.
Meet customer requirements through first contact resolution.
Clarify customer requirements and probe for understanding.
Greet customers professionally and listen attentively to their needs.
Have no backlog at the time of assessment and joining.

3.25 Lacs (3 LPA + 25k one-time incentive)
