Job Summary
Join Capgemini’s Contact Support Group (CSG) within Cloud & Infra Services (CIS), the first line of defense for IT infrastructure incidents and service requests. In this full-time role, you’ll deliver best-in-class customer service and technical troubleshooting across voice, email, chat, self-service portals, and BOTs—helping resolve issues swiftly and improving the end-user experience. Key Responsibilities 🔧
- 📞 Deliver customer service and technical troubleshooting via phone and other channels (email, chat, SSP, BOTs)
- 🎫 Handle ticket management: prioritize urgency, categorize correctly, track status, and keep users informed
- 📈 Apply a business intelligence approach—leverage ticket data, tools, and best practices to support customers
- 🚚 Ensure committed service delivery and meet expectations/KPIs
