📝 Job Summary

As a Business Advisory New Associate in Accenture’s Trust & Safety division, you’ll be at the forefront of content moderation and reporting analytics, helping keep online platforms safe and secure. This role combines digital marketing knowledge with analytical skills to review, classify, and moderate content according to client guidelines. 📊 Review, classify and/or remove content according to client guidelines using specific tools and channels
📈 Prepare management reports and analysis, both recurring and ad-hoc, tracking business performance
🔍 Investigate, resolve, and relay complex content issues to the broader Trust and Safety team
💡 Understand and remain updated on changing client policies and guidelines
🎯 Analyze user profiles, audio, videos, and text-based content flagged by users or systems
