Job Role: Back Office Processing Analyst
As a Back Office Processing Analyst at Deel, you will be the primary point of contact for mid-sized customers during the onboarding phase. You’ll be responsible for ensuring a smooth setup process, solving customer problems, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver the best customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
🎯 Customer Onboarding & Support:
- Help customers onboard quickly to the Deel platform as their primary point of contact.
- Provide training and credible support on platform features and functionality.
- Solve customer issues and execute necessary operations during onboarding.
🚀 Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Support, Operations, Product, and Engineering.
- Suggest and implement ideas for optimizing customer onboarding workflows.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Fluent English (C1 level): Excellent communication skills for effective customer interactions.
- Experience: At least 1 year in Customer Onboarding or Customer Support.
- Problem Solver: Passionate about helping customers and resolving issues.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to design and manage organized onboarding schedules.
- Flexible Shifts: Willing to work different shifts, including weekends or nights.
- Fast-Paced Environment: Ability to adapt quickly and think on your feet.

- Experience working with global teams and across multiple time zones.
- Remote team collaboration experience.
