  • You have to perform Case Capture activities, such as reaching out to case teams to gather case-related information and sharing it with the BCG community.
  • You need to conduct Content Review activities, which include regularly checking and updating Practice Area (PA)-related content according to metadata guidelines and content quality checklists.
