🛠️ Key Responsibilities
✅ Provide on-site technology support for various platforms like PC, Mac, iOS, and Android.
✅ Deliver 1st/2nd line IT support using Microsoft operating systems and Active Directory.
✅ Troubleshoot and log technical issues through the ServiceNow IT Service Management tool.
✅ Assist in documenting technical procedures and creating end-user guides.
✅ Support and troubleshoot video conferencing systems (MS Teams/Zoom/WebEx).
✅ Manage hardware asset tracking and inventory management.
✅ Assist in preparing and deploying laptops with user profile configuration and data migration.
✅ Participate in global and local IT projects in an operational capacity.
📋 Qualifications & Skills Required
✅ Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
✅ Ability to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
✅ Proficiency in:
- Windows 10, Windows Server, and Mac OS
- Microsoft Office and Cloud file sharing tools
- MS Teams, Zoom, and WebEx setup and troubleshooting
✅ Basic knowledge of LAN and IP networking using the OSI model.
✅ Experience with SCCM or other imaging software.
