Your Job Role and Responsibilities.

• Conduct Research: You will conduct in-depth research across various industries and sectors to support BCG’s consulting projects.
• Data Analysis: You will analyze data from various sources, synthesize information, and draw meaningful insights.
• Research Support: You will provide research support to consultants and other stakeholders within BCG.
• Industry Expertise: You will develop expertise in 1-2 specific industries or functional areas.
• Knowledge Management: You will contribute to the development and maintenance of BCG’s internal knowledge base.
• Professional Development: You will learn from senior colleagues and continuously develop your research skills.

BCG Off Campus Eligibility Criteria:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Engineering, Commerce, Science, Economics, etc.) with a strong academic record.
• Experience: 0-1 years of relevant work experience (preferred in consulting or research).
• English Proficiency: Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Data Analysis: Ability to analyze data and present findings in a user-friendly format.
