Job Role : RnC Analyst (Research and Compliance)

Purpose of the role:

• You need to build and maintain the systems that collect, store, and analyze data. This includes things like data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes.
• You have to make sure that all the data is correct, easy to find, and safe.

Accountabilities:

• You have to build and maintain systems that move and process data correctly and reliably.
• You need to design and build data warehouses and data lakes that can handle large amounts of data quickly and securely.
• You have to create ways to process and analyze data that work well for the type and amount of data you’re dealing with.
• You need to work with data scientists to build and use machine learning models.

Assistant Vice President Expectations:

• You need to help solve difficult problems and give advice to other leaders.
• You have to find ways to reduce risks and create new rules to make sure everything is safe and controlled.
• You are responsible for managing risks and making sure everything is done safely and correctly.
• You need to understand how your work connects with other parts of the company and how everyone works together to achieve goals.
• You have to work with other teams to stay informed about what’s happening in the business.
• You need to analyze complex information from many different sources to find creative and effective solutions to problems.
