Purpose of the Role:

To help the Specialist Customer Care team by giving great customer service and handling tougher customer problems and requests.

Accountabilities (Responsibilities):

  • Customer Support: Provide customer service through chat, email, and phone.
  • Problem Solving: Handle more complicated customer needs, requests, and questions.
  • Teamwork: Work with other teams in the bank to make customer service better.
  • Improvement Suggestions: Find areas where customer service can be improved and share your ideas. This includes giving feedback and coaching to coworkers.
  • Process Development: Create and use customer service procedures and controls to reduce risks and keep things running smoothly.
  • Product Knowledge: Answer customer questions and solve problems about the bank’s products and services, like account balances, transactions, and payments.
