💼 Key Responsibilities
As an Associate Technical Support Engineer, you will:
✔ Provide technical support – Diagnose and resolve network, hardware, and software issues for customers.
✔ Troubleshoot EV Charging Stations – Work with field technicians & customers to fix installation and operational problems.
✔ Analyze Network Issues – Adjust configurations, verify software settings & analyze system logs.
✔ Collaborate Across Teams – Work with engineering & product teams to resolve complex issues.
✔ Create & Maintain Documentation – Develop knowledge base articles, technical documents, and troubleshooting guides.
✔ Manage Customer Accounts – Investigate historical issues and provide technical solutions.
✔ Ensure Customer Satisfaction – Communicate solutions in a clear, professional, and user-friendly manner.
✔ Contribute to Product Improvement – Identify areas for enhanced design, failure analysis, and quality control.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
📌 Education & Experience:
✔ Fresher or 1 year of experience in Technical Support / Network Engineering.
✔ Bachelor’s degree (BCA/B.Sc) in a technical field or equivalent experience.
📊 Must-Have Skills:
✅ Strong troubleshooting & analytical skills.
✅ Excellent verbal & written English communication.
✅ Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, M2M communications, etc.).
✅ Ability to interpret site drawings, product specs & repair guides.
✅ Experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) & ticketing systems (e.g., Jira).
✅ Familiarity with cloud-based platforms & application support.
✅ Ability to create test plans, technical reports & knowledge articles.
🚀 Preferred Skills:
📈 Experience in hardware-software troubleshooting.
📊 Knowledge of Linux, Microsoft, or networking certifications.
🌐 Understanding of cloud management & IoT systems.
