🧑💻 Job Role: Associate Engineer
As an Associate Engineer at United Airlines, you’ll play a crucial role in maintaining and improving aircraft systems, ensuring safety, reliability, and performance.
📋 Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll be responsible for:
✅ Reviewing Service Bulletins (SBs) from airframe or component manufacturers for impact on the United Airlines fleet
✅ Developing solutions, implementation plans, and managing projects — including obtaining FAA approvals
✅ Coordinating warranty recovery for applicable Service Bulletins
✅ Collaborating with engineering team members to ensure daily work aligns with operational goals
✅ Managing project priorities for both on-line and base aircraft maintenance
✅ Ensuring regulatory compliance, operational reliability, and aircraft safety
✅ Participating in training programs through virtual, onsite sessions, and independent learning modules
This role provides valuable hands-on experience and allows you to expand your knowledge in aircraft maintenance programs, configurations, and technical specifications.
🎯 Qualifications & Skills Required
To qualify for this role, you’ll need:
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering
🆕 0-1 years of experience (Ideal for fresh graduates!)
📊 Strong analytical and project management skills
🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
🤝 Ability to thrive in a team environment
🇮🇳 Must be legally authorized to work in India without sponsorship
