Job Role – Associate Analyst
The Associate Analyst will be part of Eaton’s Supply Chain Management (SCM) Global Shared Services team in Pune. You’ll support US and UK region plants remotely, managing material processes and ensuring smooth coordination between internal teams and stakeholders. This role blends analytics, reporting, coordination, and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities 📋
- 📦 Understand and support the Material Management process
- 🤝 Coordinate with supervisors, leaders, and purchasing teams
- 📊 Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports
- 🔁 Ensure smooth demand and supply flow with internal and external stakeholders
- 🖥️ Work with ERP tools for material management transactions
- 💡 Use MS Office and Power BI for reporting and analytics
- 🔍 Analyze KPIs for cost, quality, service, and supply continuity
- ⚙️ Follow and improve lean processes for better outcomes
Qualifications & Skills Required 🎓
- 🎓 BE in any stream (freshers welcome!)
- 🗣️ Strong written and verbal communication
