Job Role : Associate Software Developer

Primary Responsibilities:

  • You have to interact closely with Integration Analysts to understand software requirements.
  • You need to develop enterprise-level data ingestion and consumption solutions to meet business needs in the Azure platform.
  • You have to implement continuous integration and DevOps practices.
  • You need to conduct root cause analysis on integration support incidents.
  • You have to work in a highly collaborative environment to solve challenging technical and business problems.
  • You need to provide development support and assistance for customer escalations and issues, including off-hours support.
  • You have to effectively multi-task many projects.
  • You need to own the quality and accountability of your deliverables.
  • You have to prioritize and schedule assignments to meet team deadlines and goals.
  • You have to work in all aspects of development, including (but not limited to) gathering requirements, developing technical components related to process scope, and supporting testing and post-implementation support.
  • You need to share your knowledge through technical presentations.

Anthology Off Campus Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science or a related field.

Experience in Application Development: 0-2 years of experience building applications using C#, ASP.NET MVC, RESTful APIs, and SQL.

Required Skills

  • Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) Expertise: A solid understanding of all SDLC phases, including object-oriented design and programming, REST API development, and HTTP standards.
  • Test-Driven Development (TDD) Proficiency: Experience developing applications using a Test-Driven Development approach.
  • Strong Communication and Collaboration Skills: Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities. You should be able to work effectively within a team to achieve common goals.
  • Technical Support Experience: Experience in technical support, including diagnosing and resolving production incidents, determining root causes, and implementing long-term solutions.
  • TSQL Expertise: A solid knowledge of TSQL, including the ability to develop stored procedures.
  • Effective Communication Across Levels: Comfortable directly communicating with technical and business resources at all levels.
  • Prioritization and Task Management: The ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, take initiative on new tasks, and ensure thorough follow-up.
  • English Fluency: Fluency in written and spoken English.

Preferred Skills

  • Microsoft .NET Developer Certification: A Microsoft .NET Developer Certification is a plus.
  • Front-End Development Skills: Development knowledge of HTML5, CSS, React, JavaScript, and TypeScript is preferred.
  • Agile and Scrum Experience: Experience with Agile methodologies and Scrum is a plus.
