💼 Job Role
As an Analyst – Accounts Payable, you will:
📌 Process invoices as per standard operating procedures
📌 Resolve invoice discrepancies efficiently
📌 Generate & update Accounts Payable (AP) reports
📌 Perform quality checks & rectify errors
📌 Manage vendor master records and ensure accuracy
📌 Select invoices for payment & ensure timely release
📌 Propose innovative ideas to improve processes
📌 Key Responsibilities
🔹 Invoice Processing & Vendor Management
✔️ Process invoices with accuracy and meet daily targets
✔️ Maintain vendor records and update as per guidelines
🔹 Financial Reporting & Quality Control
✔️ Generate Accounts Payable reports for management
✔️ Perform quality checks to ensure error-free transactions
✔️ Pass rectification entries for identified errors
🔹 Process Improvement & Collaboration
✔️ Work closely with internal teams to resolve discrepancies
✔️ Suggest process improvements & efficiency strategies
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
🎓 Education: B.Com / BBA (Finance) / M.Com / MBA (Finance)
📅 Experience: 0-1 year in Accounting / Accounts Payable domain
🔑 Primary Skills:
💰 Accounting principles & financial operations
📊 Proficiency in MS Excel & ERP systems
📌 Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
📝 Excellent written & oral communication in English
