As a TCPS Analyst, you will be responsible for handling customer & merchant queries, analyzing refund & claims requests, and ensuring compliance with company policies. You’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service while managing prepaid product operations.
📌 Key Responsibilities
✅ Customer & Merchant Support – Handle inbound calls & faxes for prepaid products like Gift Cards & Traveler Cheques.
✅ Claims & Refund Processing – Manage lost/stolen claims, unable-to-cash cases, and refund requests.
✅ Risk & Fraud Analysis – Identify potential fraud by analyzing risk-related data.
✅ Customer Escalations – Investigate and resolve complaints while ensuring policy compliance.
✅ Regulatory & Compliance Checks – Ensure adherence to Amex policies and global compliance standards.
✅ Multi-tasking & Prioritization – Balance regulations, company policies, and customer satisfaction.
🎓 Qualifications & Skills Required
🎓 Education: Graduate in any field
📅 Experience: 0-3 years (Freshers welcome!)
