Your Job Description And Job Role
- Drive Automation Projects: You’ll help the project manager implement automation projects, especially those related to finance, reporting, and controls.
- Define Process Requirements: You’ll help define the needs of new processes that impact how we handle transactions between different parts of the company and other finance-related processes.
- Support Project Managers: You’ll work with project managers to ensure the accounting requirements for these projects are met.
- Test and Support: You’ll test new processes and provide support after they are implemented.
- Create Documentation: You’ll create clear and concise documentation for projects, including process flows and system diagrams.
- Continuous Learning: You’ll stay updated on new processes and methods and adapt quickly to changes within the company.
- Automate Processes: You’ll help automate key processes within the Intercompany and Operational Excellence Center (OPEX COE).

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Finance Knowledge: Good understanding of financial concepts and business systems.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization & Time Management: Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated: Proactive, self-motivated, and able to manage your time effectively.
- Positive Attitude: A positive and enthusiastic approach to work.
- Learning Agility: A quick learner with the ability to adapt and learn new things.
Preferred Qualifications:
- System Development Experience: Experience in defining system development requirements across business and technology.
- Testing Experience: Experience in defining and validating system development and financial test cases.
- Project Management: Basic understanding of project management and system implementation.
- Finance Experience: Previous work experience in various finance disciplines (e.g., Accounting, Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, Management Reporting, Treasury, Tax, or Banking).

Expected Salary
A fresher financial analyst in India can expect to earn a starting salary of around ₹20,000 to ₹35,000 per month
