BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma
• Good communication skills

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Basic Understanding of ITIL-Based Ticketing Tools and Monitoring Tools
• Basic Understanding and troubleshooting skills on Network

Key Responsibilities:

Communication: Effectively communicate with internal customers across different regions (APAC, EMEA, AMER) and teams (Operations, IT, Customer Support).
Process Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Technical Troubleshooting: Resolve hardware and software issues on various devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
Operating Systems: Possess basic knowledge of troubleshooting Windows and Linux operating systems.
Shift Work: Maintain a flexible work schedule, including rotational shifts, to provide 24/7 customer support.
Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Meet targets for response and resolution times, customer satisfaction (CSAT), and incident management.
Location: Work from the Bangalore (BLR18) Corporate office.
