Your Job DESCRIPTION

Data Handling & Labeling:

• Work with various data types (text, audio, images, video).
• Label data accurately and efficiently using provided tools and guidelines.
• Ensure data quality and adhere to strict confidentiality.

AI Expertise:

• Develop expertise in machine learning data workflows.
• Proficiently perform tasks like response generation, ranking, text creation, and image/video annotation.

Analytical & Decision-Making:

• Analyze data critically and make sound judgments, even with ambiguous information.

Process Improvement:

• Handle the entire data labeling process independently.
• Identify and resolve errors and process challenges.
• Suggest improvements to workflows, tools, and SOPs.

Basic Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Experience: 0-2 years of work experience with a proven ability to complete tasks effectively.
• Research Skills: Ability to research and understand diverse topics across different areas.

• Adaptability: Can thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
• Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, sense of ownership, and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
