DESCRIPTION
Quality Services (QS) organization provides testing support for Devices, Retail and AWS products. The primary objective of QS organization is to provide manual testing support. An Associate, Quality Services performs manual test execution of documented task instructions. They produce accurate test results meeting daily targets, adhering to defined processes.
In simpler terms, this role involves:
- Testing Kindle software: Running tests on new versions of Kindle software.
- Reporting bugs: Finding and documenting errors in the software.
- Understanding testing procedures: Knowing how to test software effectively.
- Repeating tests: Running tests multiple times to ensure quality.
- Using software tools: Using tools to collect and analyze data.
- Communicating results: Sharing test results and reporting issues.
Essentially, you’ll be a quality assurance professional responsible for ensuring that Kindle software works as expected.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
– Knowledge of QA methodology and tools
– Graduate, preferably in a quantitative field of study
Skills
– Understanding about software testing · Ability to complete assigned tasks accurately and promptly
Familiarity using computer and software Experience using any gadgets or devices Good communication skills, detailed oriented and be a team player Capability to follow defined processes and adhere to policies
