Key Responsibilities:

Effective Communication: Demonstrate proficiency in clear and concise communication with internal customers.
Adherence to SOPs: Follow standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
IT Troubleshooting: Resolve issues on various client devices (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners).
Operating System Understanding: Possess basic understanding and troubleshooting skills for Windows and Linux.
Flexible Work Schedule: Work in a 24×7 operating environment with rotational shifts.
Meet Service Desk Goals: Achieve targets for response and resolution SLAs, CSAT, and incident management.
Work Location: Bangalore (BLR18) Corporate office.
