Job Summary:
As a Quality Service Associate, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our software products. Your primary responsibility will be to execute test cases and report any issues or discrepancies. You’ll also contribute to the timely and successful delivery of our testing results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute test cases for software builds.
- Accurately report bugs and defects discovered during testing.
- Understand testing procedures and guidelines for new software releases.
- Perform regression testing to verify the quality of software builds.
- Use software tools for data capture and analysis.
- Communicate and escalate issues effectively.
- Provide regular status updates on your testing progress.
- Raise and resolve any questions or concerns related to test case execution.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any stream.
- Knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in any stream.
