DESCRIPTION

The Associate in this role is required to watch the video of the stowing action at a fulfillment center, understand it thoroughly and make best use of human judgement in combination with the tools and resources to indicate the activity captured in the video. They are expected to verify or mark the location of product through a tool while maintaining highest level of accuracy. This process helps in maintaining the fulfillment center’s stow quality. This is an operational role. Under general supervision, the Associate performs precise and thorough video/image annotations with high degree of accuracy and duration.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and applications.
• Language Skills: Fluency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Flexibility: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Video Analysis: Watch, understand, and accurately annotate stowing action videos from a fulfillment center using human judgment and available tools.
• Quality Assurance: Maintain high accuracy in product location verification to ensure optimal stow quality.
• Operational Role: Perform precise and thorough video/image annotations under general supervision.

A Day in the Life:

• Shift Work: Work in a 24×7 environment with rotational shifts, typically 9 hours including breaks. Shift timings may change quarterly or as needed.
• Night Shift Allowance: Receive night shift allowance when applicable.
• Time Off: Enjoy rotational two-consecutive day offs (5-day workweek) or as determined by business needs.

About the Team:

• GO-AI: Provide human support to Amazon Fulfillment facilities by annotating videos to enable hands-free stowing.
• Video Analysis: Review and annotate short videos (15-20 seconds) to provide information on stored products.
• Process Improvement: Enhance the effectiveness of automated processes through accurate video annotations.
• Quality Assurance: Contribute to maintaining stow quality at fulfillment centers.
