Agoda Off Campus 2024 | Overview

Job Role: Software Engineer

Internship period: Jan – May 2025

Work Location: Gurugram, India

What you’ll do:

• Write great code: Help build software that can handle a lot of work without crashing.
• Learn new things: Use cool programming languages and tools to create software.
• Make sure things work: Test your code to find and fix problems.
• Think about the whole process: Help plan and build software from start to finish.

Eligibility criteria

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field. 
• Batch: 2025 | 2026 | 2027
• Familiarity with the fundamentals of Object-oriented and/or Functional programming. 
• A grasp of relational and/or non-relational databases. 
• Proficient English communication skills.
• A readiness to learn quickly and adapt to new challenges. 
• Be able to join our internship program for at least 4 months (minimum). 

Bonus Points If You Have: 

• Programming skills: Experience with certain programming languages like Scala, Kotlin, Java, JavaScript, ReactJS, or C#.
• Back-end experience: Knowledge of building the parts of software that users don’t see.
• Data knowledge: Understanding of different ways to store and work with data.
• Testing and building skills: Experience with tools and methods that help make software reliable.
• Infrastructure skills: Knowledge of tools used to build and manage software systems.

Interview process:

Online coding test ends: 3rd November 2024
In-office interview date (Gurgaon office): 29th November 2024
