Key Responsibilities:
- Process Understanding: Gain a comprehensive understanding of our existing processes and applications to identify potential bottlenecks and inefficiencies.
- Customer Journey Analysis: Evaluate the customer experience from start to finish to identify pain points and areas for improvement.
- Escalation Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of customer escalations to pinpoint root causes and identify opportunities for process or product enhancements.
- Business Collaboration: Work closely with business teams to implement process improvements, share insights, and drive a stronger customer experience.
- RCA Documentation: Create detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documents that outline case details, proposed solutions, and timelines to address identified issues.
- Process Improvement: Continuously challenge the status quo to identify opportunities for process optimization and redefinition.
- SOP Development: Create robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and scripts to ensure a consistent and exceptional customer experience.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor and report on the impact of escalations on key metrics, identify trends, and share insights with relevant teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Contribute to organization-wide initiatives focused on improving customer experience.
