What You’ll Be Doing:

Operational Support & Reporting:

Client Support: Work closely with a Senior Manager to provide day-to-day support for client engagements.
Communication: Support client teams in different regions (Americas, Europe, Middle East, India, Asia Pacific) by providing timely and accurate information about the engagement.
Risk Management: Identify and help resolve potential issues and risks within client engagements.
Team Coordination: Effectively communicate and collaborate with EY professionals in different countries.
Manage Engagement Tools:
- Ensure that tools used to manage engagements are up-to-date and accessible to all relevant stakeholders.
- Modify tools as needed to reflect the real-time status of engagements.
Client Inquiries: Address client inquiries by working with local EY professionals to find appropriate solutions.

Project Coordination & Control:

Monitor Progress: Track the progress of engagement activities and ensure that compliance and reporting obligations are met on time.
Identify and Manage Risks: Identify and monitor potential risks that could impact the engagement.
Coordinate with Global Teams: Work with global teams to understand the status of filings across different countries.
Understand Processes: Gain a thorough understanding of the processes and dependencies involved in meeting filing obligations.
Provide Status Updates: Regularly provide updates on the status of engagements, highlighting key risks, issues, and achievements.

What You Need:

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Math, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related field.
Experience: 0 to 2 years of relevant work experience.
Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural team environment.
Adaptability: Willingness to learn new things and adapt to changing situations and new tools.
