Job Role :- Merchant Experience Specialist, PG
Job type :- Full time Job.
What You’ll Do as a Merchant Experience Specialist, PG:
- Customer Support:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve account and transaction-related issues via phone and other channels.
- Customer Service Excellence:
- Act with integrity and prioritize customer satisfaction in every interaction.
- Problem Resolution:
- Follow established processes to effectively resolve customer issues.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant support teams when necessary.
- Productivity:
- Meet hourly and daily productivity goals.
- Customer Education:
- Educate customers about PhonePe features and functionalities.
- Process Improvement:
- Identify and recommend improvements to existing customer support processes.
Eligibility Criteria (Simplified)
Experience and Education:-
- Education: Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
- Work Experience: 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role is preferred (e.g., customer service, sales, retail).
Essential Skills & Qualities:
- Communication:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi are mandatory.
