Job Summary:

We are looking for a Junior Tester to join our team and help check the quality of software. You will work with developers, project managers, and other testers to make sure the software works well and meets high standards. This is a great opportunity for someone starting their career in software testing and wants to grow in a supportive and dynamic workplace.

what you will do As a Junior Tester:

• You have to read and understand what the software should do.
• You have to test how the software works on websites, phones, and computers.
• You may need to help create and run tests that a computer does automatically.
• You have to find and report any problems you find in the software.
• You need to work with the people who write the software to fix the problems.
• You have to test the software to make sure it works correctly and doesn’t have any problems.
• You have to keep careful records of the test results and tell your team leader what you found.
• Sometimes you may need to write guides and training materials for users.

Milliman Eligibility Criteria

Educational Background:Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field.

Work Experience : 0-1 years of experience in software testing (internships or academic projects are also considered).

Technical Skills:

• You should have a basic understanding of how software is made and tested.
• It’s helpful if you know about different ways to test software.
• It’s a plus if you have experience using tools to manage tests or track bugs.
• It’s helpful if you know how to write some simple computer code.

Soft Skills:

• You must be good at figuring things out and solving problems.
• You need to pay close attention to details and want to make sure the product is of high quality.
• You need to be able to communicate well and work well with other people on the team.
