Work Experience : 0 – 2 years of work experience in a customer facing role

Job Type : Full Time

What you’ll do in this job:

• Customer Support: Provide support to customers through phone and email.
• Problem-Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues.
• Process Adherence: Follow company policies and procedures.
• Productivity: Meet performance metrics (e.g., call time, resolution time).
• Customer Education: Educate customers on how to use the platform effectively.
