Responsibilities of a Genpact Management Trainee

What you’ll do:

  • Payment Setup: Set up payment terms in the PeopleSoft system.
  • Approval Monitoring: Check and approve non-standard invoices and payment terms in Salesforce.
  • Debt Management: Work with a third-party agency to collect payments from customers.
  • Risk Analysis: Analyze customer payment history and credit information to identify potential risks.
  • Bad Debt Analysis: Review and report on unpaid debts.
  • Securitization: Prepare reports related to securitization audits.
  • Credit Checks: Conduct credit checks on customers as needed.

Eligibility Criteria
