Oracle Off Campus Job Responsibilities:
- Enter and verify data, ensuring policies follow current business practices and guidelines (including hardware, licenses, cloud, support renewals, and education).
- Identify issues with non-compliant requests and work with the right people to resolve them, offering possible solutions.
- Work closely with teams like CDM, IB, Collections, and AR to resolve customer issues.
- Follow compliance guidelines, including SOX regulations and internal/external audit requirements.
- Continuously improve technical and process knowledge by participating in updates, assessments, and training programs.
- Achieve KPIs like input quality, output quality, efficiency, and turnaround time.
- Focus on providing excellent customer service by resolving issues quickly and building customer trust.
- This role reports to an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Manager.
