Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in ECE, IT, CS or MCA.
To be successful, you should have:
- Strong programming skills: Strong Knowledge in Java programming and web technologies, especially on Unix/Linux systems.
- Knowledge of various technologies: Familiarity with languages like Groovy, JavaScript, and frameworks like ExtJS.
- Database skills: Understanding of relational databases, particularly SQL.
- Networking knowledge: A solid understanding of network protocols and packet switching.
- Telecommunications knowledge: Basic understanding of mobile networks and their architecture.

- Design and build solutions: Create and implement technical solutions.
- Solve problems: Think critically to find solutions to challenges.
