Your role will involve:

Working with different teams to create automated processes.
Managing large projects and seeing them through to completion.
Exploring new technologies and testing potential solutions.
Helping others on the team improve their skills.
Creating automation to reduce manual work using programming languages and tools like Python, Java, bash, SSH, Linux, and Git.
Improving system reliability by adding monitoring and automatic recovery tools.
Helping others with tools and services like Jira and Confluence.
Adding features to CI/CD pipelines (Bamboo, Jenkins, Bitbucket).
Using agile methods like Scrum and Kanban.
Managing deployments in cloud environments using tools like Ansible, AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI, and Kubernetes.

Key Skills:

Python, Git, Bash, Docker, Atlassian Jira, Atlassian BitBucket

What will help you further:
• Programmed in other common scripting languages (Ruby, Perl, JavaScript)
• Knowledge of best practices for creating and consuming REST APIs
• Experience writing library level code and python packages
