Job Description :
As a QA Tester at Zoho, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and functionality of our software products. You will be responsible for both manual and automated testing activities, collaborating closely with our development and QA teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform manual testing activities to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues in our software products.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on product requirements and specifications.
- Execute test cases and report bugs using industry-standard bug tracking tools.
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to understand product vision, requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium).
- Implement and maintain appropriate test harnesses to support automated testing efforts.
- Investigate and troubleshoot issues identified during testing, working closely with QA analysts and software developers to find solutions.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of our QA processes, tools, and methodologies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C, Java, or Python.
- Mathematical aptitude and understanding of statistical concepts for designing effective test cases.

Experience:
- 0-1 years of experience in software testing, preferably in both manual and automated testing capacities.
