Flex Off Campus Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling customer for the Electronics and mechanical SKU units.
• Responsible for 3rd party repair activities.
• Responsible for Test, process and NPI activity.
• Guiding the team members with the workload.
• Responsible for performing, validating, and submitting the FAI to the customer for NPI approval process.
• Analyzing the scrap and providing the technical support to production team.
• Work with customers & internal stakeholders for the yield improvement project.
• Preparing the NPI plan as the customer input data and present to customer in a weekly meeting
• Planning the HMJ and required components for the NPI.
• Requesting the quotations with our supplier for the requirement of Components, tools & Equipment’s.
• Cycle time validation
• Leading the NPI and follow up all the activities from all the stakeholders.
• Validating the newly written repair procedures and submitting for customer approval.
• Monitoring the ECO details and providing the split-up data to the team.
• Preparing the KPI data and presenting to customer.
• Presenting the DOA investigation report to customer.
• Involving NFF study, Improvement from scrap, FAI , ECO, DOA and cannibalism study
• Co-ordinates with customer and supplier for repair/service within BWH policies
• Support Mexico Flex on technical quires and HMJ support

Preferred skill:

• Kinaxis knowledge will be added advantage. Knowledge of Engineering BOMs, product structure, EOL, ECO Management
• Process Knowledge: complete planning cycle including MPS, MRP, Demand Planning, Materials planning, Production planning.
• Communication: Communication, both verbal and written, is an important part of this role.
