  • Review and outlining of the powers of the agent under the power of attorney and general legal matters that relate to powers of attorney applied to client accounts;

  • Conducting legal research;Drafting a summary of the powers granted to the agent under a power of attorney and
  • Advising branch personnel on relevant powers of the agent under the power of attorney and the law applicable to the powers of attorney.
