Join Capgemini’s Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) as part of the Contact Support Group (CSG), the first line of defense managing IT infrastructure incidents and service requests. - 📞 Provide best-in-class customer service and technical troubleshooting via voice-based phone service and other contact channels
- 🎫 Manage tickets effectively – prioritize urgency, categorize issues correctly, track status (On-hold, Open, Closed, Resolved)
- 📊 Utilize business intelligence by analyzing ticket data and implementing best practices to support customers
- 🤖 Work with CHIP (intelligent AI BOT) to answer customer queries and improve customer experience
