Job Role: Customer Service Representative (Chat/Email)
As a Customer Service Representative at IntouchCX, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring customer satisfaction by responding to queries through web-chat and email.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries related to orders, inventory, and billing.
- Handle customer complaints professionally and work towards effective resolutions.
- Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions using the tracking tool.
- Respond to incoming chats/emails within the given SLA while meeting quality and performance benchmarks.
- Escalate priority issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Attend team meetings and additional training sessions as scheduled.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Education: Any graduate is eligible.
- Experience: 0 to 5 years of experience in the call center industry, preferably in Chat/Email Operations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities efficiently.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with flexible shifts.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office software applications.
