What You’ll Do:

This role focuses on driving client retention through various engagement programs, working closely with Gartner’s Service Delivery, Sales, and Research & Analysis (R&A) teams. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Client Outreach & Engagement:
  • Own and drive client outreach to increase engagement, particularly through Review & Planning (R&P) calls.
  • Partner with and enable service teams on client outreach strategies.
  • Drive web engagement and event attendance, including post-event follow-up, for assigned practices/business units.
  • Manage client engagement across various touchpoints, nurturing relationships until they participate in events or web activities.
• Campaign Management:
  • Manage event registrations, confirmation invites, and customized event/web engagement campaigns (including marketing newsletters).
  • Leverage research content and agendas to engage clients through targeted reminders and follow-up campaigns using marketing platforms.
  • Collaborate with Service Advisors, Service CES, and SDAs on client outreach.
  • Use campaign management tools to send scheduling and campaign outreaches.
  • Create tracking spreadsheets (Google Sheets/Excel) to manage client details and information needed for scheduling.
• Process Improvement & Optimization:
  • Continuously improve processes and deliverables by implementing effective tracking mechanisms.
  • Identify opportunities for automation to replace manual tasks.
  • Implement and share process optimization initiatives.
• Client Scheduling & Relationship Management:
  • Drive client scheduling to ensure regular contact with all clients.
  • Work to maximize invite acceptance and show rates for R&P calls.
  • Optimize outreach efficiency to minimize the number of contacts needed to secure client participation.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactively manage client lists to support outreach initiatives.
• Reporting:
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on the performance of client engagement initiatives for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications: Any Graduate

What You’ll Need:

• Experience: 0-3 years of experience in process management and coordinating multiple teams.
• Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present insights effectively in group meetings.
• Technical Skills: Intermediate Excel skills.
• Data Skills: Comfortable working with and understanding data, including large datasets.
